Spend 60 seconds filling in our form, identifying your goals and telling us a little about you and what you need from us.
We will contact you to share the full details of who we are, what we do and a deeper insight into how our coaching can change your life.
If you are ready to take the next steps we will ensure you are placed with a coach perfectly aligned to your needs and focus and set up your start date.
You will read through and fill in our welcome form and booklets, which will give us the info we need to create a 100% tailored nutrition and workout plan to get you to your goals and create sustainable results that last.
You will then be part of our girl gang, we will be a team, your biggest cheerleaders and number one supporters here to celebrate all your wins and carry you through those challenging weeks to bring you to true success.
Molly's Journey To Starting AFA
In 2019, I really hit a personal low of struggling to look after myself, finding my mental health at rock bottom and using food as comfort, one day I said enough was enough and I needed to make a change.
Whilst it began small, by getting a proper gym routine that suited my life and eating less microwave mac n cheese, it grew into a passion that is still ongoing for me every day. The day one can be so hard, a new chapter can be so tough and I wish I had had more support and guidance here, which is what I really strive to provide now.
Over time I began to have so much more understanding and love for my body, and all it does for me, and I started to use social media as a space where I could document my journey to self-love, as well as my journey through health and fitness. This has grown into such an incredible online community that I absolutely adore.
As I got into coaching I realised there was so many cookie cutter approaches to workouts and nutrition and very few people were looking at helping people dive deeper and learn not only about their journey but also themselves as an individual.
This is where AFA was born. After almost three years of coaching, I knew I wanted to create something that went above and beyond to help people not only work on their lifestyles but also bring empowerment to their mindset and education.
We look at growth as so much more than just doing a workout or eating a healthy meal, we want to celebrate your wins and achievements in all areas of your lifestyle to build something truly transformational that you can carry through your journey with us but also beyond that.

My huge passion for both of these things is where AFA began, I wanted to provide a holistic coaching experience which helped people learn and grow through their journey within both education and mindset as well as embarking on a physical transformation to a happier, healthier self.

Once you decide to take the next steps to join our amazing Academy we will create a bespoke plan to suit your goals and needs. You will immediately have access to thousands of recipes, an education hub full of space for your personal growth, as well as mindset coaching resources to level up your empowerment and decision making.
You will have an in-depth weekly check in from your coach to discuss all your successes and struggles and set you up for the week ahead. We love hearing from you every week and building on your motivation and drive.
We have an incredible community and group chat here to work alongside and support you every step of the way. We coaches focus on creating new resources, recipes or even yoga videos every single week to help you keep growing with us.
Yes, if you feel confident with your workout routine or already do something you love to move your body but struggle with your nutritional goals, we have a nutrition only package that would be perfect for you.
We have a variety of packages available depending on the level and type of support you need, but we like to say it’s roughly around the same price as your daily coffee or grabbing a quick lunch. One comment we often get from clients is about how much money they SAVE when coaching due to better management within their food shops and activities which is awesome.
We have a 2-3 minimum sign up period depending on the package you choose. It is so vital to us to have space to really lay out a clear and sustainable journey map for your goals. This is not a one month quick fix. This is a commitment to building a lifestyle you LOVE.
