I started coaching women after my own struggles with nutrition and finding that my journey could’ve been made much simpler and safer with the support of a coach.
I wanted to help girls find love for food and fitness and balance within their routines without making the mistakes that I did along the way.
After losing 45kg (healthily) I developed an obsession with counting calories and over exercising, to a point that became damaging and unhealthy. This was by far the hardest part of my journey and having to unlearn those healthy habits took time and patience. But I did it, and it is something I am super proud of. For me, this looked like stripping things back and focusing on what made me feel good! Movement I enjoyed and forgetting about calorie counting for a while.
Through sharing my journey online I discovered coaching and it opened up a job to me that I had never considered, where I could not only coach other women towards their goals and utilise my love for all things exercise and nutrition, but also I could create a safe and enjoyable journey for my potential clients with all my experience under my belt.
This led me to get my PT qualification, and have since undertaken further courses in women’s health and nutrition to ensure I am always expanding my knowledge to apply alongside my personal experience.
My goal as a coach is to show women that balance is possible and that you can do both!! I aim to help women find the love for exercise that has been missing and create a positive narrative around food, in a way that allows them to enjoy life but still reach their goals! Finding balance again was the biggest challenge but also my biggest achievement, and I aim to make that as simple as possible for the amazing women I coach.

My journey into coaching began through addressing my own struggles of orthorexia and obsession with cardio.
Just before covid hit, I enrolled into a L4 nutrition course with anticipation to eventually support others to nourish themselves but parallel, help me understand more about my own struggles.
At the same time, I was so inspired by other women’s transformations via my boyfriend (coach), I became more interested in his craft and recognised that it didn’t have to be about fat loss, it could be about muscle gain and body recomp.
Whilst I gave hypertrophy training a shot for aesthetic reasons, I began feeling so strong and capable, but also confident and happier. All of the new habits I was learning to adopt changed my mindset for the better. I ended up loving it so much that I wanted to do be a certified PT myself.
Through the course of my fitness and nutrition journey, my body thrived when I finally gave it proper nutrition, and I fell in love with the challenge and process of lifting weights. I quickly got into the depths of evidence-based nutrition and hypertrophy training, combining that with self-love and self-care, I’ve created the best balance of ease and effort for myself.
I truly believe this mental and physical shift away from eating less, running for miles and miles and turning towards a community, was foundational for me to create the best version of myself.
